SHIPPING POLICY

1. ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-7 business days from the date of purchase.
- Delivery Confirmation: Once your order is packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details and estimated delivery information.
- Pre-Order Items: If your order includes pre-order items, the entire order will be held until all items are in stock. Once the pre-order items arrive, we will ship your complete order (including in-stock items) together.
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Forya J'adore is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Shipping Delays: While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., customs delays, weather, or carrier issues) may cause delays. We appreciate your patience.
2. SHIPPING FEES AND DELIVERY TIMES
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by region:
HONG KONG
- Shipping Fee: HKD $30
- Free Shipping: Orders over HKD $500 (no location restrictions)
- Delivery Time: 1-2 business days (via SF Express)
- Carrier: SF Express
MACAU / TAIWAN
- Shipping Fee: HKD $30
- Free Shipping: Orders over HKD $500
- Delivery Time: 7-14 business days
- Carrier: SF Express
INTERNATIONAL
- Shipping Fee: USD $6.50
- Free Shipping: Orders over USD $90
- Delivery Times:
- United States: 5-9 business days
- Asia (e.g., Singapore, Malaysia): 5-9 business days
- Canada: 8-13 business days
- Europe (e.g., UK, Germany, France): 6-11 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7-12 business days
- Rest of World: 13-25 business days
- Carrier: Primarily Spaceship Shipping for deliveries to major cities
3. DUTIES AND TAXES
- Included in Price: For most international orders, customs duties and taxes are included in the shipping cost, so you won’t face additional fees upon delivery.
- Exceptions: In rare cases, certain countries may impose additional customs fees or taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for details.
- Customs Processing: International orders may be subject to customs clearance, which can affect delivery times. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
4. INTERNATIONAL TRACKING
International shipments typically include the following tracking events:
- Acceptance at our warehouse.
- Handed over to the carrier / Left for destination.
- Arrival at overseas mail processing center.
- Delivered.
Tracking information is available through the carrier’s website. Once your order arrives in your country, please contact your local post office or courier for updates if needed. Forya J'adore is not responsible for missing deliveries after the package has reached the destination country.
5. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@foryajadore.com within 30 days of the shipping confirmation. We will work with the carrier to investigate and provide a resolution (e.g., refund or replacement, subject to availability).
- Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund, subject to availability.
